ARCH - Enough is enough

My two cents worth, I am a heavy fighter and a combat archer.  I go wherever
I am needed.  But I always carry a secondary weapon.  If you want to kill
this archer you must earn it.  The thing that vexes me is that on testing
was done before decisions were made.  I believe more reserch needs to be
done before it is law.
