Greetings Lord Eadric

In response to your questions:

The two that I've made are very stable in flight!

We use 1 1/2 UHMW tapered blunts with 1/2 inch foam on the tip.

At the distance of 15 paces, they strike about a half inch lower on the target.
I live in a city and have not had time to get out to the country to test. Will
do so on Sunday!

I've tried two different lengths 1/2 and 3/4 inch top measurement. I like the
shorter one better ... same flight characteristics but lighter. Both were shot
out of a 595 inch pound crossbow.

I will continue to work on this problem to find an easy to assemble solution. I
have not been able to find a glue that will stick to polyethylene. Any ideas?
