My appologies you are correct it will be the second Sunday in September.
So just to keep it straight. Here is how the annoncment should read.

Just a reminder that the September meeting of the Steppes Bowyers and
Fletchers Guild will be the second Monday of the month at home of Jacques
the Spinks. Jacques will follow up with directions next week.
