[Ansteorra-archery] Making Arrows and Bolts

Good Evening all,
     I will be making several dozen X-bow bolts for friends before war not to mention upgrading my stock.  I was wondering a few things.  Would there be interest in either a group purchase of Fiberglass and UHMW or alternativly, as I'm currently between gigs so to speak, I would be willing to make kits with the fixings in groups of dozens. (that'd be UHMW cut and drilled, Fibrerod cut, closed cell foam disks of the appropriate size and APDs ready to be attached)  If we go with Kits I would add a reasonable percentage to the cost to cover my time but other than that you'd just have to glue and tape them up.

Is either of those an idea?
