I fashioned my first round of Combat arrows without your household nor
the Steppes Guild. I did the same thing when the APD's were required
starting in August without the your household nor Steppes Guild.

I learned more about building and fashioning Combat Arrows and APD's in
do so.

If I need assistance with UHMW, I will contact either Lord Fearghus or
Lord Wilim, both in ELfsea. And who have supplied me with arrows and
advice in the last year. In addition, Lord Wilim publish an article on
how to build UHMW tipped combat arrows.

No, I have already made other arrangements - long before I even started
looking at buying the raw materials for a second round of Combat arrows.
