[Ansteorra-archery] You want fries with that?

I am very new to the list (hi Rumil and Alden!!!), so please forgive if I go
over old ground, but what if any progress has been made in getting an
Archery award (either armigerous or grant) for Ansteorra?  I am in charge of
heraldic submissions in-Kingdom, which includes Award names, but aside from
some talk, I have yet to see anything concrete cross my desk.
