[Ansteorra-archery] Royal Huntsman Precedence

I'm not saying that's a bad idea. I just don't every recall seeing a local
Knight or Rapier Marshal standing up there.
Whatever pecking order is decided on, is OK with me.
I would just like to see one, of some type, decided on. And then in some
fashion, that pecking order made known to the rest of the Kingdom.
