Howard Featherling (jfeatherling at austin.rr.com) said something that sounded like:

Actually the quote I got from them just now was they only sell in 5',
6', 7' and 8' lengths, but will cut to order. It's $2 per cut and they
cut the whole bundle at once. (So for 15 1/2" crossbow bolts, the best
setup with limited waste was 8' giving 6 bolts each.) The price I was
quoted was 20 cents/foot.
