That is how we do it.  

However, instead of saying draw length, which referrs to the anount of draw
based on "shaft length", it just says draw which is differant.

I always thought the distance we measured on arrows were from the nock to
the back of the "combathead" on the arrow.

Ld Fearghus,  What's the ruling from you on this?
