ARCH - Academy of the Bow

[Bob Dewart]

Cut off for things in the March BlackStar is1 Feb.  So if you're having an
offical announcement in the March Blackstar, why keep the bids open till the
end of March?  Or is the announcement to tell folks they have till the end
of March to get in their bid?

In any case, since this is the 9th of Feb, was this all done last week?  Or
did we really mean April?
