ARCH - War Consolidation???

I dunno, how do you keep someone from broughing things when your not in your
tent?  Three years ago no one helped themselves to anything.  But I guess we
might work out something like a CQ roster or something.  Perhaps that where
the parties could take place.  What do you think?
