ARCH - Gulf War

[Fearghus]

Instead of marking the arrows I will be marking the fighter. With a sticker,
before anyone thinks I will be branding archers. After the arrows are
inspected a sticker will be placed on the helm of the archer. I will leave
it up to peoples honor not to use arrows they did not bring to inspection.
And no I do not plan on inspecting them all myself. I would hope that some
of my Combat Archery Marshals would show up and lend a hand.
