There is nothing wrong with having this type of information on the web
pages. As far as "an air of being official" that is not a real concern or at
the very least of minimum concern since it easily addressed by the
appropriate disclaimers.

Our Archery Web pages and indeed even the SCA corporate web pages contain all
sorts of links to unofficial sites and unofficial resources that are helpful
to our members. Indeed the SCA stock clerk even sells tons of materials
that are in no way "official" to the SCA.

Look at how many various SCA Kingdom Archery Pages have IKAC information,
scoresheets, and resources on them. The IKAC is privately sponsored and
not "official" in any SCA capacity but nobody has any second thoughts about
seeing IKAC info posted all over SCA web sites.

When someone has information that they think should be posted on our Kingdom
Archery Web pages they need to send it directly to me. It is my job as the
vscribe to make sure that it doesn't violate any SCA policies and that it
appropriate content for our website. If I have concerns or questions then I
will get back to you and we can discuss it.

The same is true for links. If there is a related website that you often
visit and think should be listed on our links page then send me the URL.

Finally, A note on the submission of content. Please consider that it does
take time to develop materials for publication on a web site. If you send me
a link to a page elsewhere then that is something that can be added quickly.
Likewise a PDF file or similar web ready document is easy to upload and link
to. If I have to develop a web page or format/convert a document then it
might take be a bit of time.

In Service,

Lord Eadric Anstapa
vscribe for the Ansteorran Archery Marshallate
