yes Gilli you are correct.  When people are building APDs they should follow
the guidelines listed on the web pages  and in the earlier missive.  Any
construction that deviates from those details should be first approved the
the Marshallate and might very well be considered experimental.

I never mentioned the Gilli GT APD, but I did speak with Fearghus this
morning and he asked me to pass along that the GT APD's constructed to the
guidelines approved by the SAM are approved for general use in Ansteorra.
