references you should find the information you seek.

If those Indians have a proper string, and the only pull 30lbs, they should
be ok.

The crossbow is within limits also.

What would be my chances of getting the url or info as
to what the requirements for arrows for combat melee
and also target shoots are.. I have 3 of those red
indain bows and a crossbow i hand made with a draw of
about 45 on the crossbow.
