[Ansteorra-archery] Auction at AoB

At this point in time, I can't think of a really good way to do that and get
it done before AoB.  Perhaps it dosen't have to be finished by then, only
started.  ????

Even if we collect alot and only use a little for the upgrades,the rest will
be going for something else the Kingdom needs.  To me it's a win / win
situation.

Besides I'm going to word as "those affected by the SEM's ruling".  You know
there is still just an outside chance that the BoD's revision might expand
the scope of the rulling and more than just archers be affected.  Probably
not be it is an option.

No, that looks pretty good.  Good luck on that.  You might want to
find out in advance how many people want to sign up as recipients.
There are many people who have no problem paying for their own
upgrades, so it might help if you determined just how big a need
there is before asking for donations.  That would give you a better
idea on how much money you need to raise.
