Dewart, Charles R. --G3 Contractor (Anteon Corp) (Charles.Dewart at hood.army.mil) said something that sounded like:

Bryn Gwlad's a year ago was choose in part by RR. That was one part of
the entire competition.

There are different forms of honesty. One is the cheating kind. Another
is the unfair advantage kind. (Maybe honesty isn't the right word.)

For example, in my youth I used to bowl a *lot*. On my home lanes I
would consistently average 40 points higher than on any other lanes.
This made me start bowling at many other places in order to do better
overall instead of just at home.

It is sad that you aren't willing to show other groups how well you shoot.
