[Ansteorra-archery] Busy Times Coming

It could be done with many more marshals to control
the crowd. Basically the crowd would not be allowed
into the areas where fighting was happening. They
could stand some distance away and see a little of
the fighting, but in a town structure, you cannot
see much unless you are in it.
