In response to various posts. Touch kill was in effect at GW VII if I am
counting right. Also I believe that Trimmaris and Meridies both use touch
kill for CA. Yet an other problem is "Heavy" fighter stomping of arrows. Yes
I know that some of them just get broken. How ever I have seen a "Heavy
fighter" stomp on an arrow after being hit by it. It did not register what
was happing at the time, as it was a fiberglass shaft the fighter got his
exercise and did not harm the shaft.
