How would folks feel about this? Holding a non calendar event to raise
money to buy folks memberships. This "IS" legal. As long as it doesn't get
depostited to an CSA account it's OK.

I already a have site for during Pensic, Camp Finlaysin at Fort Hood, 9 - 10
Aug. We were going to have a Pensic Pitty Party anyway. We have a normal
site and feast fee. All those who would like a membership but can not
afford one would sign up for a drawing. We'd draw out names till we run out
of money. If we have more money, we could either donate it to the Kingdom,
add it to the next time or do another drawing at another event.

So, what do you think? I'm pretty sure we're going to do it. I just need
to work out a few details.

hmmm. Sounds like a microfilm set-up is becoming a necessity here if we are
to allow non-members to play at all, hmmm? (And just for the record, i am
Not in favor of excluding them, just finding an expedient way to handle all
this - cheap would also be good)
