Hummm,

Well we can't seem to leave you kids alone for a minute!

I am hearing a lot of angry frustrations being vented here with very few
solutions.  Each of you have points to express and due to anger are not
lessoning to each other very well.

Ansteorra is blessed with many talented archers with very diverse
interests.  Do not be angry with your fellows because few had chosen to
participate in an area that you had wished them to this last year but
strive to improve the numbers in the coming year.

Sometime beating the drum can become very tiring but some will answer the
call.  All of our archers know that we have to practice to improve, but
let's not loose scope of why we are here, we love our sport!  Let's also
not lose sight of why we belong to an august and elite group, the
fellowship and comradery!  Working together is we archive our desired
goals, do not allow petty bickering to undo what we have gained, but
please take a few minutes to reflect and consider how and where we may
improve our community.

We have a new year before us with many challenges and goals to met, let's
not argue about what was but face what is to come with calm reflection
and constructive discussions on how we may yet improve.
