Greetings and Hi There,

As most of you know the archery communitee owes a huge debt of thanks to
Galen of Bristol, who is the Baron of Elfsea. Without his tireless efforts
we would not now have a Grant level archery award, the Arcus Majois.

Due to mundane reasons, Galen and Allessandre will be stepping down at
Elfsea Springfare. Here's what I want us to do. I want every archer and
friend of archery who can go to that event to please do so. Those of us who
have extra bows, please bring them so folks who don't have them can use them
for a while. We all go to their final court with a strung bow. If you need
a bow for this and don't have one, contact me and we'll try to work
something out; if you have bows to loan for this contact me also. Toward
the end of the court, I'll have cordinated with the herald, that would
probably be you Timothy, to say, "Archers, post". With this command all the
archers form a line on both sides of the isle, holding their bow at their
side (either side will be OK). If there aremore folks than bows, those
without bows fall in after those with bows. Then as they leave the thrones,
we raise our bows and form an arch for them to walk under.

Now keep this quite from them, just like they were getting an award. Not
everyone is on this list, so spread the word.

If everything has gone according to plan, this message and any others
between now and midnight Sunday won't get to them. Isn't technolgy
marvalous?

This man and his lady have done a lot for us. So let's make this happen.
Any questions, comments or improvements?

Make it quick we only have till Sunday night to have the list "quite".
After that it's back to the off list stuff.

Thanks for your Support,

Gilli
