"All combat arrow/bolt heads must be additional secured to the shaft by at
least one length of strapping tape around the head to the shaft, and the
ends taped around the shaft itself to secure the strap tape."


I believe this pertains to Buldar and Thistle missles and not to the
Ansteorran War arrows or "Gilli" heads as they refer to them on the Gulf War
Web site.

And actually it's only the leading and trailing edges that must be covered.
But by the time you finish taping an "Ansteorran" on the shaft, it usually
is all covered.
