I think there are a couple corrections that haven't been mentioned.

> Tapeing shafts, All wood shafts must be taped the length of the shaft
> with strapping tape.  All fiberglass shafts must be taped the length of
> the shaft with electrical tape.

Fiberglass shafts may be taped with strapping or electrical tape

> All combat arrow/bolt heads must be additional secured to the shaft by at
> least one length of strapping tape around the head to the shaft, and the
> ends taped around the shaft itself to secure the strap tape.

The length must be at least 1" down the shaft.
