It is not a polling order, it's more like the Iris and Star of Merit.
Potentially, some future Crown could make it a polling order, but I did
not recommend it being a polling order at this time.  Certainly, members
of the Order may advise the Crown on their concerns, and I'm sure that
Crowns will gratefully hear their counsel.

You are too kind to me personally.  Y'all deserve having this
recognition to aspire to.
