[Ansteorra-archery] Tor and water-bearing..

I should point out that the Waterbearer in Charge was only
given 3 5-gallon water jugs and 20 or so sports bottles.
She did a good job on the primary list field though this
was not enough equipment for that field along. She did not
have anything left for the other activities. She did provide
sports bottles from time to time and sent people to refresh
them. She did well with what she had.
