[Ansteorra-archery] Lists of Kings Archers

The grant was read into Law on January 19th, 2002 at Bonwicke's 12th
Night by Timothy of Elfsea in the presence of King Aaron and Queen
Britta.  Tor was the first event Don Sebastian was able to attend since
9-11. Ian, Edric, Fergus, Ironwyrm, and myself were all present.

Well... I have received a court report for that event, but Sebastion was
not on it.  Was it given at some time other than evening court?
