Nope it was at evening court.    HL Fearghus and I were both up there in
court.  The reporting herald may have been a little confussed.   The good
Baron said that since it had been read into law at Queens, all they were
doing was present that which was already in law.

So what do we do now?

Well... I have received a court report for that event, but Sebastion
was not on it.  Was it given at some time other than evening court?
