Actually I count 4 people on that list with "No Rank".

This was discussed after the last time the current standing were updated.

"No Rank" means that they have submitted at least 3 scores and therefore the
database is computing an average for them but have not yet qualified for a
rank, likely because they have not travelled.  This allows even those people
who have not travelled to track their progress and compare themselves to the
other archers in the kingdom.

It is also worthwhile pointing out that soon you MAY start to see what
appeare to be discrepancies with an archers "Current Average" and
their "Rank".  Once you earn a rank it is yours to keep even if later your
average falls below what is necessary to maintain acheieve rank.  As scores
age beyond one year and are removed from the pool used to compute your
currrent average may slip down and high scores are removed from the ones used
to compute your average.
