I suspect that getting those new rules together and signed by the new Earl
Marshal (whoever that will be) and the Crown will be one of the Priorities of
our new Kingdom Archery Marshal once Fearghus' replacement is announced.

I still have the proposed target archery rules. (which we have never had
before) which basically just outlines the marshallate i.e. the Target Archery
Supervising Marshals and then makes sure that the Royal Huntsman and Royal
Rounds rules are actually printed in something official.  The proposed target
rules actually now need to have the childrens stuff added to them

I never saw any Combat Archery revisions but I know that it supposedly added
the APD requirements, had the change from White Diamonds to Red Pheons, and
outlined the duties of Combat Archery Marshals and Combat Archery Authorizing
Marshals. (there may have been more).  I know the biggest holdup with the new
combat rules was all of the APD junk that was happening and the fact that we
didn't have a a SAM communicating anything to his kingdom deputies.  Now that
we have Tessa, and since much of the APD mystery has been cleared up (hey,
it's clearer than it was) I believe they could probably be completed in
fairly short order.
