Anti-Penetration means it is designed to prevent going through eye
slots.

Anti-Bounce means that it is designed to fall to the grown when it hits
something.

Bounce is something that is good. Force goes somewhere. If the force does
not go into the bounce, where do you think it's going to go? The usual
answer is *you*.
