[Ansteorra-archery] Reporting Reminder

Ah.  I think i understand.

Be it known here that whether or not a Chirurgeon is Required, i think we're
a positive and viable addition to any event.  I stand ready to serve as a
Chirurgeon for any event i attend or am requested to attend, and i bet i can
find half a dozen just like me!
