[Ansteorra-archery] New Western Regional Archery Marshal

Greetings Anasteorra,

I am pleased do announce that Lord Ogen the Blue from Blacklake has agreed to
serve as the new Western Region Archery Marshal.

Lord Ogden comes very highly recommended.  We was  member of HRM Aaron and
Britta's royal entourage and is one of HE Britta's Men at Arms.  He is active
both as a Target and Combat archer and has been to more than a few Gulf Wars
and to Estrella.

Thank you Lord Ogden for stepping up to the task.
