In the have meantime I blocked messages to list  from the 163.net and
263.net domains.  These are both Chinese domains that are responsible for a
measurable percentage of the SPAM worldwide.  I doubt we will ever have any
legitimate subscribers from those domains.  Hopefully this will help some,
but really smart spammers can get around the filters.

Also this list is now set to only allow post from subscribers. (it should
have been this way all along).

Hopefully we wont have to go as far as approval for new members but I am
keeping that option open.
