[Ansteorra-archery] Blind archer

I am very pleased to announce that Milady Mea has, with  slight assistance
from her betrothed, Ulrich of Carolingia, posted a Royal Round archery score
of "5" this day during Steppes Practice. A very good score for the first time
and given that she could not see the targets.  Stay tuned for future
improvement and congratualations this day to Milady Mea.

I believe this may be a first for the Steppes if not for Ansteorra.
