[Ansteorra-archery] Blunts for combat arrows.

I was just wondering if the blunt described on the "Ansteorran War Heads - A.S. XXXVI - Gilbert Ost Westley"
web site is still the current method.  If there is a new way/style,
could sombody please describe how to make them, my combat arrows
_really_ need updateing :P.
