[Ansteorra-archery] Central Regional Archery Marshal

Greetings All,

I am sorry to say that HL Wil Ironwyrm has decided to step down as Central
Regional Archery Marshal effective the end of the year.  He has decided to
serve the kingdom in other capacities.

The office of Central Regional Archery Marshal is open for applications
effective immediately.  I will accept applications through the end of
February.

While I am accepting applications for the office, Lord Jacque the Spink has
graciously agreed to serve as the acting Central Regional Archery Marshal.

Most of you know Lord Jacque as an accomplished archer craftsman, a marshal,
a target archer who shoots both handbow and crossbow, and as a combat
archer.  I am overjoyed to have such a fine individual to take care of the
office in the interim.

HL Ironwyrm will start now to transition the office to Lord Jacques who will
take full interim responsibility for the office January 1, 2004.
