The Northern Regional Archery Marshal, HE Master Ulf Gunnarsson can help you
find authorizing marshals in the Northern Region.

The marshallate in the Northern Region is rebuilding and there are currently
very few authorizing marshals in the North.  The short list includes, Master
Ulf, Master Rumil, and Countess Octavia (by far the most active of the CA
marshals in the north),
