[Ansteorra-archery] nocks for combat arrows

I'll be glad to post some address for you (unless someone beats me to it
before I can look them up).  However, if you plan to attend Lindenwood's
"Border War" this weekend I invite you to look us up and we'll be just as
happy to teach you how to shoot "nockless" style combat arrows.
