Greetings Brothers and Sisters,

Here is a timetable for Combat Archery  Inspection and Activities at Gulf War.

We WILL need marshals and marshals in training to help with the manning inspection points, inspecting arrows after each battle, and marshalling during the battles.  In addition to all the bows and crossbows there are THOUSANDS of arrows and bolts that must be individually inspected and then re-inspected each time they are shot.

The most important thing is that we have helpful bodies present to do the inspections.  If you have the equipment be sure and bring your marshals kit with you.

If you would like to go ahead commit and volunteer to help at a particular time please contact me ASAP.  Anywhere on the schedule below that it says "Eadric and crew"  that means Ansteorra Marshals will be running the inspection point and we will be responsible for seeing that it is open, staffed, and equipped.  We will also be helping out elsewhere as needed.

Remember, the time you spend marshalling and inspecting counts ad volunteer hours.  Those volunteer hours get you opportunities in the volunteer raffle, gets money sent back to your kingdom, and helps us win the volunteer war point.

Monday

Tuesday

 12:00PM  Combat Archery Inspection Point Opens at Fort/Hastings Field
                Responsible Marshal HL Seamus and staff

 2:15PM   CA Inspection Point closes in preparation for battle

 2:30PM   Heavy Fort Battle

 FOLLOWING FORT BATTLE  CA inspection will be open for 1 Hour to reinspect
 arrows used during the battle

 5:00PM  CA Inspection Points close


Wednesday

  8:00AM  CA Inspection Point Opens at Ravine
            Responsible Marshal, Lord Eadric and crew

  9:00AM  CA Inspection Opens at Hastings Field/Fort
            Responsible Marshal HL Seamus and staff

 10:45AM  CA Inspection Point at Ravine closes in preparation for battle

 11:00AM  Combat Archery Only Friendship Battle at Ravine

 FOLLOWING BATTLE CA inspection at ravine will be open for 1 Hour to
 reinspect arrows used during the battle


  COMBAT ARCHERY MEETING Following Battle and CA Inspection as time permits.

 2:45PM  CA Inspection Point at Field/Fort closes in preparation for battle

 3:00PM   WAR POINT -- Heavy Town Battle at Field/Fort

 FOLLOWING BATTLE CA inspection at Field/Fort will be open for 1 Hour to
 reinspect arrows used during the battle

 6:00PM  CA Inspection Points close


Thursday

  8:00AM  CA Inspection Point Opens at Ravine

  2:45PM  CA Inspection Point at Ravine closes in preparation for battle

  3:00PM  WAR POINT -- Combat Archery Only Battle at Ravine

 FOLLOWING BATTLE CA inspection at ravine will be open for 1 Hour to
 reinspect arrows used during the battle

Friday


  9:00AM  CA Inspection Opens at Hastings Field/Fort

  1:30PM  WAR POINT -- Open Field Battles

 Following individual battles # 1 and #2 CA Inspection point MAY reopen to
 reinspect arrows used during the previous battle

 FOLLOWING BATTLE CA inspection will be open for 1 Hour to
 reinspect arrows used during the battle

 5:00PM  CA Inspection Points close


Saturday


  8:00AM  CA Inspection Opens at Hastings Field/Fort
          Responsible Marshal HL Seamus and staff

 10:45AM  CA Inspection Point at Field/Fort closes in preparation for battle

 11:00AM  WAR POINT --  Fort Battles
