Simple.  Someone who does not practice often enough to have ever attained a rank above Bowman which lets you guys out.  If you know someone that has given up archery or become discouraged because they could not compete against the likes of the better archers- then this is the tournament for them.  I challenge each higher ranking archer to sponsor at least one novice level archer in the tourney.  I know of one I will sponsor and allow to use my own gear if she wishes.
