[Ansteorra-archery] Academy of the Bow Class List

The IKCAC could be shot any way, just no cross bows.  I would be nice to may
be see someone in the top three IKCAC for both the Known World and Kingdom
other than Don Sebastain, HL Roger Bgley and myself.
