[Ansteorra-archery] TASSELS ??

I've got a white one I made up for Darcy.  But she needs an away score.
Seems about every place we've gone hasn't done a Royal Round.  They've all
had elborate entertaining competitions.  That makes it darn difficult to get
a tassel.

If the purpose of the tassels was to promote archery, it's doing less than
satifactory IMO.
