[Ansteorra-archery] Reminder: Q3 Reports Due.

A quick reminder to ALL  Target and Combat Archery Marshals out there
that your Third Quarter reports are due by TODAY, Sunday Sept. 7.  Thank you
to all of you who have already submitted your reports.

All Branch Marshals should submit a "State of the Branch" report
outlining any and all archery activities in their groups and highlights
of their members participation.

All Supervising and Authorizing Marshals (at-large) should report of any
activities where they acted as Marshal-In-Charge.  Even if they already
submitted an event report they should still give a brief statement
indicating that they acted as marshal in charge of X event(s).  Likewise
if a marshal assisted at an event this should also be mentioned.
Authorizing Marshals should report any authorizations that they
performed.

If you are an authorized marshal and did absolutely nothing, you should
still take a few seconds to contact your regional marshal and tell them
that.  It is important that we assure that the lines of communication
remain open so that problems can be reported and any rules changes can
be communicated.

Remember that ALL authorized marshals are put on the Warrant Roster and
become warranted officers of the SCA.  When you asked to be authorized
you committed yourself to the responsibility of reporting regularly.

Reports should be submitted to your Regional Archery Marshals via the Online
Report From that you can find on the REPORTING Page at
http://archery.ansteorra.org

Black Star.  If you are trying to report and having problems reaching
your regional marshal please contact me directly.
