You make CA accessible to Youth Combat Archers, they will come. I recruited
three more last night at fighter practice. In our Shire alone, we have 6 ...
and they bring their friends! This results in a healthy, sustainable
population.

That's what I'm talking about. Why can't we change that???

It seems simple enough. For this "category" of Youth Combat Archers, this
is the procedure. Then we have a procedure that is taylored for the youth.
Yes, of course the adult would be an authorized fighter, there'd be a CA
marshal. At no time did I say anything about the kids getting shot at. So
much for geting brusied in this state.

Plus I do not believe they make a non contact, combat archer only go through
the same fighter authorization as a front line sword and board fighter.

None of that is the problem. The problem comes in from the Catch 22 that
the marshallate has impossed on itself.

If the system was changed just a little to acomadate this, we might find a
host of combat archers.

The more arrows you loose, the more that can hit GOLD.
