[Ansteorra-archery] combat archery authorization expiring

It is so nice to have things on line, in print.  That way when old men's minds forget things they can go look them up again.

I thought that by vertue of their office, a local archery marshal was a supervising marshal.  Well, not according to what's on line now.  They aren't even require to be a "marshal", just make sure one is there if there's to be any shooting.  Well,,,ok.

    Local Marshals are not necessarily authorizing marshals.  As a matter of fact, they are usually not authorizing marshals.  Besides, it would be bad form to authorize yourself for anything.  Your regional archeyr marshals can help help you find the authorizations that you need.

    It aslo looks like Lady Aleksandra's Target Archery Supervising Marshal authorization has expired.  Lady Aleksandra please see master Pug to fix this.
