>same weekend as Castellan which is Northkeeps PED.
I'M NORTHKEEPS ONLY ACTIVE ARCHERY MARSHAL, AND THE PERSON PLANNING
CASTELLAN'S ARCHERY SHOOT.
>AoB as an event needs both classroom  space and archery range space.
The classroom space can the outdoor space properly equipped.  The range
or ranges would be used throughout the day for both formal instruction
and hopefully in the afternoon for the Royal Huntsman tournament.
UNFORTUNATELY , I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT SITE NORTHKEEP USES AT THIS TIME , WHAT
FACILITIES IT DOES OR DOES NOT HAVE , OR EVEN HOW LARGE IT IS .
> One of the  most time consuming things about hosting the AoB is the
editing and production of the proceedings booklet
(and wrangling people to teach classes).
FROM THE SOUND OF THINGS I THINK I HAD BETTER ATTEND AN A.O.B. BEFORE I TRY
TO RUN ONE.
OR AT LEAST BE FAMILIAR WITH THE SITE TO BE USED .
ALL I'VE EVER RAN BEFORE WERE LOCAL EVENTS ( 15 YRS AGO ) SO A LOT OF THE
PAPERWORK HAS CHANGED.
UNFORTUNATELY I DON'T FEEL AS IF I COULD DO A.O.B. JUSTICE AT THIS TIME .
PERHAPS IN THE FUTURE , WHEN I HAVE MORE EXPERIENCE ACTUALLY RUNNING THE
SHOOTS, INSTEAD OF JUST WORKING THEM .
