How about Master Pug, Southern Regional Archery Marshal, in Bryn Gwlad.  

Then again, can't as a local marshal do it yourself?

  My combat archery authorization expires shortly before GW this year.  Are there any authorizing marshalls in the Bryn-Gwlad/Ffynnon Gath/Bjornsborg area that can issue me a new card?
