My good Lords and Ladies,

Please pay heed and attend.  This day the Premier Bard of the Archers was
chosen at Academy of the Bow.  By the decision of the Arcus Majori present
Lyllianne the Poetess from Bordermarch shall represent the Archery Community
in the Bardic Arts until the next Academy of the Bow.  May the Archers also
support this lovely and talented young (12 years old!) lady.
