Sure they are included, everyone is included. Right along in the 
standard rankings if they are 14 or older. From the repsonses on 
this list the majority of those that responded seemed to think that 
they were not necessarily needed as a spearate divsion.

14 year olds are basically High School kids.  Kids of that age in 
mundane competitions have no problems competing at the 20/30/40 
yard ranges.  I believe we should encourage them to do so in our 
shooting as well.

We wont be adopting them any time soon as a separate division in 
the Royal Rounds.  At least not until we get our current problems 
fixed and I get the new database finished.  

If there is good response to Gillis IAAC youth division then we 
will review it again.  Therefore, consider Gilli's youth division a 
pilot program if you would like.
